Make mine a 99, Oh alright 100

    Been trying for over a year to get under 18 minutes at Newcastle parkrun, finally made it on run 99 achieving 1750.I was knackered afterwards had to have a lie down.The first mile I hit a 520 this certainly done the trick.

    I put it down to the new local club I have joined, welcoming and awesome training.So a super massive thanks to my new training buddies at Tyne
    harriers for helping me improve.Effective training? this is proof a club can work wonders for nailing those elusive targets.
